1. How do I request for a tutor?

Our goal is to make the process of finding the perfect home tutor as quick and hassle-free as possible. It takes less than 2 minutes to submit a request!

You can request a tutor through any of the following methods:

Once we receive your enquiry, one of our experienced coordinators will contact you within 1 to 12 hours. Just sit back and relax while we do the work to match you with a suitable tutor.

2. What types of tutors are available?

We offer a wide range of tutors, grouped into three main categories to suit different budgets and learning needs:

  • 🧑‍🎓 Part-Time Tutors
    These are tutors who teach part-time, including A-Level graduates, diploma students/graduates, undergraduates, and some working professionals. They are the most affordable option for home tuition.

  • 👩‍🏫 Full-Time Tutors
    These tutors have chosen tutoring as a full-time profession. They may or may not be university graduates but generally have significant experience from teaching both one-on-one and in tuition centres. Tuition rates vary depending on their experience.

  • 🏫 School Teachers
    These are current or former MOE-trained or international school teachers. They are the most qualified and experienced tutors, commanding premium rates due to their professional background.

3. How are tutors assigned?

Once you submit your request, our Tuition Coordinators will review your preferences (subject, level, schedule, budget, etc.) and shortlist the most suitable tutors from our database. You’ll receive one or more personalized recommendations via WhatsApp.

From there, you can:

  • Ask questions about the tutor

  • Request to speak with the tutor via a short conference call

  • Request for another recommendation if you’re not comfortable

  • Confirm the tutor you’re happy with

After you’ve confirmed, we’ll send the full lesson details via WhatsApp. You can then start preparing for your first class!

4. Can I request for a specific tutor?

Yes, you can! If you already have a tutor in mind, simply give us a call at +65 98248019 with their name and details. With Singapore’s largest tutor database, there’s a good chance we can help you connect with them.

5. Can I trust the tutors provided?

Absolutely. We take tutor credibility and safety very seriously.

  • All tutor applications are carefully vetted. Suspicious profiles or missing information are immediately flagged and blacklisted.

  • You may request your tutor to present their relevant certificates during the first lesson for verification.

  • For MOE school teachers, we will remind them to bring their Teacher’s Pass as proof of employment during the first lesson.
